December 5, 2025 – Xpherion™, a new venture powered by Taqyon Quantum Materials Corp., today introduced the Xpherion™ CPS (Carbon Process System), the world’s first commercially scalable process that converts hydrophobic recovered Carbon Black (rCB) from tire and rubber pyrolysis plants into a premium hydrophilic hCB- Carbon Black / graphene composites.
Independent lab tests confirm the resulting hCB delivers:
5×–40× higher market value than standard rCB
Superior dispersion in water-based systems
Dramatic performance gains in lithium-ion batteries, conductive inks, rubber compounds, coatings, and composites
